The Market requirements and the business goals will be followed by an exercise to further deepen the knowledge in this field.
The second part will be about decision strategy with a short theoretical input, followed by an exercise where participants will have the possibility to evaluate their own decision making style and have discussions in class regarding this topic.
The third part will be about resilient enterprises where students should enhance the knowledge acquired until this point regarding resilient organizations and enterprises.
Finally, a short but useful slide will be presented how risk can effectively be analyzed.
Challenges may arise if participants do not participate or hesitate to share their opinions and inputs on the topics. For some exercises it is also important that students try to be creative and not using their phones or computers which would significantly limit the learning outcome desired.
