The activities focus on the canvas model. The Canvas model has been divided into three parts. The first part of the workshop will cover elements of defining your value proposition, customer segment, customer relationship, and distribution channels. The second part of the workshop covers the revenue structure, key activities and key resources. The third part of the workshop will be devoted to key partners and the cost structure.
This workshop aims to familiarize the audience with the elements of the Canvas model, which is one of the company’s business models. The Canvas model is a description of the functioning of the key elements of the company and their mutual relations that make up the process of selling a product, from creating value for the customer, through marketing and sales, to after-sales service and the functioning of operational processes. During the development of the Canvas model, workshop participants will be able to develop their business awareness regarding the functioning of the company. In addition, the Canvas model helps to verify previous business assumptions and introduce necessary improvements.
The workshops will enable the students to learn and improve their skills in the proper preparation of business concepts. In order to reduce the risk associated with starting a business, an entrepreneur should prepare a business model for the company.
